About Us

Amit Upadhye is a Co-founder and Director at Silver Compass Capital Advisors Private Limited. His expertise lies across different financial services offerings – from Consultancy – Banking – Project Finance and Advisory to Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. In his prior positions, he headed diversified portfolios and domains syndicating more than Rs 15,000 crores of debt requirements and over 150 transactions.

Commencing his journey with Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Limited, Amit expanded to Syndication and DCM roles at Centrum Capital Limited and later at A K Capital Limited. Prior to co-founding Silver Compass Capital, he was the Vice President at Tata Capital Financial Services leading their Loan Syndication & Structured Finance.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant and PGDBA (Finance) from Welingkar Institute of Management and Development. He is an alumnus of IIM – Ahmedabad having completed his MDP program.

Shweta is a Co-founder and Director at Silver Compass Capital Advisors Private Limited. Throughout her career, she has played an integral part in over 150+ fund raising transactions involving more than Rs. 20,000 crs in transaction value; across multiple sectors, products, and structures. She has more than 15 years of cross functional experience within Indian capital markets. Prior to co-founding Silver Compass Capital, Shweta worked as Director - Capital Markets at Northern Arc Capital. Before that, she has worked with AK group across various functions, and she was instrumental in setting up structured credit division at AK Capital.

Shweta has done Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology) from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College and MBA (Finance) from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. She is also a CFA Charter Holder.
